Swedish scientists have found that increased fitness levels correspond to a 21 percent lower risk of death. While smoking increases chances of an early death, scientists are now finding lack of physical fitness to be another leading risk. This may not be earth-shattering news by any means, but maybe it will get you motivated to add just a little more aerobic exercise to your day. The Yavapai College Library has many resources to get you started on your physical fitness journey.
